I don't know how it happened... one minute I'm about 5 pounds from goal weight, next minute... back to shopping at Lane Bryant.

Oh wait, I do know what happened, I lost control of my life. Well, stand back and take notice, I'm back!!

- NOT focus on scale
- Cook more meals
- Watch Cholesterol (under 190!! 7/10)
- organize @ work and home, 1 hour per day

*start clothing fund with former 'snack' money
*pedi/mani after completing 28 days! 3/21
*Every 5 lb. cook/try something new
10 lbs - iPod nano (2/10)
20 lbs - Cooking class (6/10 ~ still looking for good class)
30 lbs - New Zaftig outfit for 25th reunion~!! (7/10 looked hot!)
40 lb.s (holy cow I can lose 40 pounds!) NEW CLOTHES!!
50 lbs - Special something for wardrobe
60 lbs - Such a gift already, do I need a 'present'? YES!, jewelery to commemorate my success.
3 years after maintaining weight loss... get the *ahem* "girls" lifted.

Personal Information:
SWF living outside of Portland, OR. I love golf, Red Sox, Patriots (from Boston, still 'home', still my teams!!) reading, cooking eating, dancing, movies of all sorts, and trying new things...

Had a GREAT time at my 25th High School reunion!! (And made goal) Looking forward to the next one!!

Other Information:
I love going to the movies by myself.
Looking forward to finding some people to share in my journey.
I will own a Jeep again.
Playgrounds are NOT just for children, but it's better to have one if you are going there.

    Thanks, Gretchen! It was a tough, tough, tough five hours that certainly highlighted my lack of distance training. I want to do one more training the right way and then we'll see if I'm into fulls or hanging with the halves.

    Had a sleep study last night at Providence. Will be pulling paste and adhesive out of my hair and off my skin for days to come. will almost definitely be prescribed a CPAP machine (as they had me wear one the second half of the night). Have to wait 7-10 days for official results.

    My plan is to restart within the next couple of days and go back to the Whole30 (exception for ciders for my blog) and get cracking again. Long ways to go, but I can do it!

    I love that they stayed in the union...I do hope they are taken seriously, though, and given the influence and right to decide what is best for them. For some reason, I just could not get beyond the possibliity that if Scotland left the union, who's to say that a state here in the US would not take that as an impetus to try to do the same, and I would be so troubled by that!
