10 pounds would be great but I'll be thrilled with 5!

My Program:
Working out at least 3-4 times per week. Cutting out fried foods and complex carbs.

Other Information:
I really need some motivation so HELP ME! With my schedule my only option to work out is in the mornings before work (5AM!) and it is SO hard for me to get out of bed. Let me know if you have any good suggestions!

I have few more pounds to loose than you, but I think we both need to have the same outlook in order to be successful. One of the outcomes you are looking for is to loose 10 pounds, but that shouldn't be your journey. Your journey is about making the changes you need in order get to the place where -10 pounds resides. Make a road map to your destination and take it one road at a time. For me my first road was tracking what I ate. For the first week there was no meal plan, I just needed to develop the habit of tracking my food. Then I added fruits & vegetables. I found that when I started making myself each 4 servings of fruits & veggies a day I was too full to eat other stuff I didn't need. There have been several roads on my journey, some took me closer to my destination than others. The important thing was I tried to keep the roads positive. I tried to make them be about the things I wanted or needed to do and not about the things I couldn't do or couldn't have. Best of luck, I know you'll be living your new lifestyle before you know it.

See you're reading good articles! I recently started doing the interval training too, and it really makes a difference! I'm also working out in the morning, despite being a total night owl... I hate it, and I love it... I hate it cause it feels like i've got no energy, but I love it, cause the day goes so much smoother, and I don't have to worry about whether or not I'll have time to exercise, and "what I feel like" doesn't factor in - getting exercise over with in the morning makes so much sense. Anyway, looks like we're in a similar boat - I too got motivated when comparing my wedding picture to my recent bikini picture... Boy what a wake-up call... :)
Anyway, good luck to you and me both! :)
