Day by Day
I'm taking things day by day. I first need to make myself realize that I am worth the trouble. I need to make small goals that I can achieve. I have to make myself believe that I am not a failure.
I love animals. I have a Golden Retriever that was rescued when he was a puppy. I fostered him for a couple of months and then I adopted him. I also have 2 small Rat Terriers that are sweet dogs. They are not yappy little dogs, but wonderful, loving lap dogs. We also have a cat ...

I love animals. I have a Golden Retriever that was rescued when he was a puppy. I fostered him for a couple of months and then I adopted him. I also have 2 small Rat Terriers that are sweet dogs. They are not yappy little dogs, but wonderful, loving lap dogs. We also have a cat that we adopted from the SPCA when he was a kitten.
I've been married for 28 years. Wow! That's a long time, but it's been worth it!! We have no children, just each other, the dogs and the cat. I treasure each day I have with my husband, the dogs and the cat. Time is just too short to be angry with anyone.

I'd like to loose enough weight where my husband and I can go bike riding again and have a good time.

I want to eat ONLY when I am hungry. I hope to reach my goal and continue to my perfect weight.
Personal Information:
I live in SW Virginia. We have 3 dogs, one Golden Retriever and two small Rat Terriers. We also have a cat named Max. We enjoy traveling in our small motorhome and hanging out here at home.
