I love quotes because they can ready sum up your thoughts in the coolest , most concise ways. I believe I can achieve my goals of being healthy, fit, happy and consistent. I'm no longer satisfied with my current character: obese, lazy, undisciplined, self defeating. No, I am NO LONGER SATISFIED living life beneath my means weighed by the spirit of tiredness,laziness,and fear! Today I declared to everyone especially myself: I"m beautifully fit ,
,totally healthy, Amazingly fulfilled , and Profoundly Happy!

This is more than a destination or journey, but my lifestyle, my thinking pattern, my daily devotion! Weight loss and discipline wont just cme to me, because I'm sat around long enough waiting....So I'm going to get it, Now! Tomorrow is not promised but NOW is!

Anyone can talk a good game, but what I'm i willing to give up to fully step into my new transformed body and mind: 1. The belief that I should eat and do anything I want: My body is a blessing and should be treated as such. 2. Binge eating and scheduling everything around food 3. Food being a friend , event, and solution: Its fuel to help me achieve my very best everyday God grants me life! Praise be to God! 4. My lazy no exercise ways: walk it out girl! 5. Negative people, environment, and thoughts: I am a overcomer, fit, happy and healthy!

I know to finally lay aside the weight and the issues it brings is to open my heart to facing the hurt , the hidden, and the obvious. And since a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step I better go buy my pedometer tomorrow and enjoy this beautiful, amazing blessing call life!

My Goals:
Main goals are to
1) stay motivated to lose all this weight and keep it off
2) Cutting out fast food adding more veggies and fruits to diet
3)Consciously enjoy every single bite.of food
4) Increased Althleticism

My Program:
Current program as of 06/25/09:
1. If I bite it , i must write it and log it

2.Cutting back on fast food

3 at least 8 cups of water daily

4. Getting up and moving dis dunk i got!

    Hello Golden, nice hearing from you! Praise the Lord for that 10lb loss and there will be more to come. You have a great attitude and that is how you lose the weight. Keep your eyes on the prize and embrace your future without looking at the past. God is working with you so let Him tell you what to do. I know that you are a winner in anything that your hands is set to do. Rejoice in all small triumphs. That will help you to appreciate the bigger ones better. I am cheerleading your great success.
