Perhaps wisdom DOES come with age -- we are a pretty mellow group -- very supportive, without all the fuss that seems to happen other places. At least, *I* haven't seen any "trolls"!
I gather that you are new to LC. It is gonna feel SO strange to let yourself eat fat! And it takes some adjustment to figure out how to do without carbs (no bread really stands out as my difficult adjustment!) But we have been down this road; we are all here for you!
Just thought I stop by and see how you are doing? Hadn't heard from you in a long time and I knew your husband was sick. Hope things are going better for you. I haven't been onsite too much in the last month or so. Hope to hear from you sometime soon. xo Teri
