A Gamer's Fitness Quest
I'm a 29 year old girl living in a big city with my boyfriend and my cat. Living with someone is tough, especially when he can eat whatever he wants! I have this page as a reminder to stay accountable to myself, and these tools will be lifelong gifts to learn to be the best person I can be. Knowledge is power!

My Goals:
To be fit and trim. To get a good grasp on eating right and staying active so when the day comes to have a baby, it won't weigh me down!
My Program:
Activity: at least 20 minutes a day. Fitness and cardio at least 4 days a week. Running is my major cardio but when it is less than ideal outside I do Sparkpeople videos.
Personal Information:
Im 28, in a relationship with a fantastic man, and residing in Ontario.
Other Information:
Hobbies: Reading, blogging, video games, make up, all the regular stuff!
