Working my way up to a Full Marathon!

I am in the process of getting back to being physically fit and will find the willpower needed to achieve my goals. I have a lot of things in my life to be thankful for, to be proud of and also to give to others.

During the course of this year, I will reach my goal weight and form and will be one step closer to what I want, what I need, to feel good about myself on the outside as I feel about my self on the inside.

~I recently started the P90X program and am loving it - Roughly one hour a night after work and I'll see the results in late October!

Hey - I saw your comment on MMASLOSKI page. I am in Phase 1 Week 4, starting tonight. P90X is a great workout program to help guide you towards a fitter state. I like it because I can get a great workout in my home. I have workout studio. I also hit my gym a couple of times a week. P90X fits nicely with my goals and lifestyle. I commute 3 - 4 hours every work day; so, I don't have a lot of free time. Good luck to you as you "Bring It!"
