loving myself while improving myself!!!

I started Spark in November 08, i was doing well..then doing not so well..then doing ok again..then well i think you get the point! I've have decided to restart and rethink what i'm doing. To try to maintain focus and find out what it is that is making me do..not so well at times.It's time i really figure out my triggers and deal with them and not hide or run from them. I started taking ALLI about 2 weeks ago and eating right and healthy, working out to My pace and enjoying life alittle bit ...

I have yet to get angry with it or say SCREW IT ..LOL..

I think my whole problem before was i THOUGHT i was ready but my mind set wasn't right....i wanted it to be has easy to get off as it is to put on..Reality check...nothing is as simple as we want it to be..everything worth it's weight has or should come from hard work and dedication. I'm prepared this time and willing to work for it.



I WANT this! I NEED this! I am DETERMINED to succeed!

My Goals:
Goals...
1.To be able to play football with my kids and not get winded.
2. To look at that little dress and actually get it not frown at it.
3. To get rid of this disease that has controled my life for alittle over 5 years now.

My Program:
In order!
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Track everything i eat even it is the "bad" food that i wish i could hide.
3. Find any and all motivation to excercise.
4. remember what im working for everyday!
5. To love myself on this journey and know that im a great person with or without the "fat".

Personal Information:
I'm a navy wife from Norfolk,VA. Love my family and my animals(which are my other children lol) I have 3 kids 11 year old boy and twin 9 year old girls! Looking for suppport and friendship to help get through this once and for all.

Other Information:
I love playing video games! I love being with my family alot! I loveee football! So its hard to find women that share my interest i start talking about video games and women start to look the other way. *pout*

Hey ty for all the suggestions for books! I havent tried The Host yet but that is on my list of books to read lol and I believe I have read 2 of Christine Boyd's books, one was The Passion and the other was The Alchemist. If I am correct those were her books that I read.
Heather Graham I havent tried yet, I definitly will put her on my list of books to read. There was someone who posted up, on that Shelfari website, all the paranormal authors and which series they wrote. It was a HUGE list and I was like OMG I need to read all these books!! lol
I will definitly ask you for more suggestions once I finish reading my book and the heather graham books! lol
