Hey There... finally stepped on the scale this morning... pure ugly. I'm back to my November weight... And I'm turning 50 in 10 days... time for a challenge to recommit. So not quiting, Did change my goal date for our 1-year spark anniversary-- August 11 for me. Time to exercise, eat right and order sparkling H2O on Date nights with the DH. Hey there! Been off-line for several weeks -- working a contract where I car travel lots, so haven't been spark'n... sigh. 2 more weeks then this contract is done. Haven't stepped on a scale in weeks-- could be ugly. Will at least exercise today. Hope all is well with you! We CAN DO THIS! Even if we're slowing down the loss a bit. I'm 5'3" with a small frame -- I was 108lbs when I was running a lot back in College (5-10 miles 4x/week), and wore mostly size 8s (some 6s), so I set my goal based on that. I didn't lift weights though at the time. I'm way stronger now! I might have to set my goal up higher before its over-- I'm already in 8 shirts, even while still in the 140s, so I must be more "compact" right now. Right now the fat just kinda "hangs" off my muscles -- Hate it. I almost miss how I use to just be a solid "blob".... well, no, but you know what I mean. I WISH I could stop at 135, but maybe 128...
