As of September 2010: Short term: 1. Eat more fruits and veggies. (Add to breakfast) 2. Go to gym at least 4 days/week. 3. Take a class once a week at the gym.
Med. term: 1. To lose the first 10% -- 4 lbs. 2. Lose 20 lbs. by Christmas. Long term: 1. Shop AND BUY AN OUTFIT at J. Crew with my daughter. 2. Be able to garden without my knees hurting. 3. To lead a healthy lifestyle and be more active.
Must track calories to keep in line. Mindless eating and a glass of wine or two can be a deal breaker.
