September 2011- After losing 40 pounds. So much weight melted off since June!!!!!

Pounds to lose!

The past 2 years I've gained a lot of weight and now I would like to stop the bad habits and lose the weight this year.

****January 2009*****
I have decided to get serious about the weight and to lose it this year. Back in 2000/2001 I had lost 80 pounds and kept it off for about 6 years. And then the challenges of starting a career, adult responsibilties and greater demand of my time led me back to my negative coping mechanisms.
So can I take care of me and lose my ...

So can I take care of me and lose my weight and still keep control of my career/life/ and responsabilities? I'm willing to really give it a go.

(The picture below was taken 1 1/2 year ago with a workmate of mine. I had gone to a trainer and decided to quite. Since that time I have gained even more weight and have yet to post those pictures on my file. I now weigh 269 and am stunned by this number. I don't want to be here any longer.)

Never give up is all I can say. I have gone down to a 16 from a size 22 since working out hard in June 2011
. I am so incredibly grateful that I never gave up.

1) Exercise for 45 minutes for 6 days a week.
