Love to Move!

I workout at home. Some of my long standing favorites are Cathe, Turbo Fire, CLX, and Peak Fit. I've been through a lot of change the last few years. I've lost and kept off 2 sizes from my highest weight. I would like to lose and keep off another size or two! I want to stay healthy, strong, and flexible!

My Goals:
Continue to workout 5 days a week with 2 optional rest days. Continue to drink, water, water, and more water. Cut out m&m's and other snack cravings I tend to give into.

My Program:
I'm not following a program but want to get back to eating when I'm hungry, stopping when satisfies, and no unhealthy snacking. That is how I lost 2 sizes, along with working out consistently. I plan to get active again on Sparkpeople.

I'm okay. Had my first visit with Dr. yesterday and so far all is well. i share your problem with the food. I'm good on exercise. I love to workout. But keeping the calories down is hard. I like eating out, its one of our family recreation. And I have a weakness for deserts. These days even though I am eating too much calories, the extra really comes from too many fruits.....and how bad could that really be, right? But from your pics u cant possibly have to much to lose, maybe tone but I dont see any fat there, lucky u.

Angela, do u use a particular dvd for circuit training or make up your own programme? I have circuit training with Amy Bento's Hi-Low Challenge and interval training with the Firm.

Hope you're having a better week. Today my young daughter did 30 minutes of Kickmax and boy do I miss Cathe's workout. I really miss BodyMax. I havent previewed Jari's workouts yet but will eventually, still a lot of time for that right.
