I'm okay. Had my first visit with Dr. yesterday and so far all is well. i share your problem with the food. I'm good on exercise. I love to workout. But keeping the calories down is hard. I like eating out, its one of our family recreation. And I have a weakness for deserts. These days even though I am eating too much calories, the extra really comes from too many fruits.....and how bad could that really be, right? But from your pics u cant possibly have to much to lose, maybe tone but I dont see any fat there, lucky u.
