Hey There - thank you so much for the VERY kind words on my video!! 100 pounds is alot of weight and I'm almost ashamed that I had that to lose, ya know what I mean?
I honestly have no secrets, here are my three success factors 1. know WHAT/HOW much you eat (track it) 2. SHUDDUP AND SWEAT (fitness) 3. do it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Weight loss isn't brain surgery, you just have to be consistent with it. I ate (and still eat) what I want every day, I just eat much less of it. Oh sure, I've cut out Soda, Coffee, candy(for the most part) etc, but mostly I eat what I want. If I was three cookies, I eat them, but I WORK them off, it's that simple.
