EXITING NEWS! You can now join the new Healthy People Program anytime at Health Track Sports Wellness in Glen Ellyn. Health Track members and non-members are welcome to join us!

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! Your health is the most important thing you have.

Call Health Track for more information at 630-942-9600 for more information. Pop in at the club at 875 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. Go to the Registration Desk and sign on! You must fill out the Healthy People Program Registration form to start. Then, you begin attending our weekly worshops and weigh-ins. Start connecting, sharing ideas and supporting other Healthy People who are working hard to get to and maintain a healthy body weight.

Workshops are held at Health Track on Monday evenings at 6:45 pm and Wednesdays at 10:30 am.

Healthy People is a live SparkPeople healthy weight loss program offered at health clubs! Weekly workshops and weigh-ins hold members accountable to their fitness and nutrition goals and teach them ways to stay motivated for success.

Jessica Krauser, Healthy Living
Advisor, for Wheaton Sport Center and Health Track Sports Wellness, is a passionate and seasoned fitness professional,
dedicated to educating and encouraging others to be healthy.
Jessica is a fitness instructor, personal trainer, running coach and
marathoner. With endless enthusiasm for helping people reach
their full potential, Jessica motivates members to rethink diet
and exercise in a healthy way.
“Diets don’t work because they are a quick fix to patterns of
behavior we form over a lifetime. Diets say denial and make food
the enemy,” Jessica says.
Jessica believes a healthy lifestyle is not about restrictions, but
about training your minds to think positively and healthfully
about food and physical activity.
Since youth, Jessica has battled the bulge and tried every diet
plan on the market. Today she uses her personal weight-loss
struggle to connect with others wrestling with similar issues.
