Finished my BScN! Woo Hoo!! Wait, what's all this extra weight kicking around here?

Ok, back to the drawing board to study for another 3 months and get back to looking like the lady to the left there. A few years older, a few pounds re-discovered, and many new life lessons under my belt. No matter what, I won't give up, I won't give in, and no matter what comes my way or how often I fall, I won't quit getting back up.

I am the mother of two LOVELY children, recently graduated from Nursing at Trent University, PSW, researcher, job hunter and respite worker. Too busy to exercise? We'll see about that!

Care & health shifts are mental! I was looking at my rota for next week and realised I have a late shift followed by an early shift (11hrs) which only gives me 9.5hrs between (the legal break is 11hrs) - which, when travel is taken out, gives me a scant 5 hrs sleep. N O T good!
