Fit, fat and happy :
That's how I want to be.

Fit ... well because it will help my overall health and help a lot also with my health issues that I have right now. And it's something to be proud of in life.

Fat ... well because I am fat now and I'll still be fat even when I'll lose my overall goal of 224 lbs. loss

Happy ... because I am happy now in my own skin and I want to keep being happy and loving myself no matter the weight I'm at.

My goal is simply to put a stop to the health issues that keeps bumping on me since 2006 and get those under control and lose the weight to help out on that front.

I've lost about 70 lbs. since 2012. Been maintaining the loss for over a year now and I want to get back to losing so that I can feel better with less pain in my body and be in a better shape.

Health update as of January 2016.
Here are the health issues that I'm currently dealing with and that I'm trying to fit into my journey to a healthier version of myself.
I'm in no way negative about any of that.
On the contrary some days I do struggle but I take all those things as experiences to grow from and to shape this person that I'm evolving into everyday.

So far I've been diagnosed with (and for some reasons doctors always say that the conditions are severe) :

-- type 2 diabetes
-- severe PCOS
-- severe IBS
-- anxiety disorder (doing much, much better with that now)
-- high blood pressure
-- osteoarthritis (severe for my age)
-- lactose intolerant
-- idiopathic urticaria
-- some feet problems related to diabetes

I've accepted most of these things and learned to live with them and I've shape my life around it so that I can live as normal a life as possible especially when a couple of those issues are acting out at the same time.
The only thing I struggle with most is the fact that I had to stop working out because of pain issues and now I have difficulties finding workout that are doable for me and that won't cause any more pain.
So that is basically my goal for 2016 ... try an incorporate workout a little more.

My Goals:

--► I was able to do it in January 2016 and I would like to continue and lose an average of 2 pounds weekly so that I can be at around 275 lbs. in mid-June this year.

--► Working towards being able to workout for at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week. And again I give myself until mid-June to get there

Being able to weight less and be more active (better cardio a little more strength) will really help me with the summer months.


My Program:

--►follow the nutritionist guidelines for diabetics

--► workout as much as possible while taking my health issues into account

--► be realistic and don't get discourage if some days are not as perfect as I'd like

-- I enjoy everything that's crafting or close to and that implies creating things.
-- I like video games
-- I like reading, watching TV series but I'm almost always 2-3 seasons behind, I like movies, music, etc ...
-- I enjoy life and can have fun with very little
-- I'm really simple, easily happy and pleased in life.
