Welcome 2016!!

NEW YEAR, NEW ME!

I'm really excited to see all God has in store for me and my family this year. It's going to be the best year yet! Time to set some new goals for 2016!

My commitments to myself and God:

Eating as close to the way God made it.
Eating when hungry, stopping when satisfied.
Strength train 3x a week.
Aerobics (walking) 5-6 times a week.
Aim for 1.5 - 2 lbs a week weight loss

April 5th is my Birthday. My first goal lose 15 - 18 lbs.

My Goals:
To eat as close to God made it. Get to goal and stay there. Doing cardio (walking) 5-6 times a week.

Strength train 3x a week

1st goal: 15-18 lbs by April 5th, my Birthday.

2nd goal: achieve goal weight by July 21st our Wedding Anniversary.

Maintain and never go back to old ways. This is my year to do this. 2016, will be an awesome year!

My Program:
Workout 5-6 times a week. Walking, bike, Wii.

Strength train at Gym, 3x a week.

Eating as close to God made my food.

Other Information:
With God, ALL things are POSSIBLE!!!

Hope the past snow storm passed by and you were able to not have to shovel your way out of the house. Definitely indoor workouts in WI but the southern region was more icy/rain unless you were next door to MN then it was snowy.
Have added an old favorite aerobic workout. It's so funny to see what the calorie burn is on the machines and I think were the other machines in the past so far off (elliptical) or was it just that 8 years ago I could workout at such a better aerobic level. Hmmm won't sweat over that one, as in the present time just happy that I am getting the workouts in.
