Time for a current about me!

I was so very close to my goal. Emotions got the best of me and I'm starting to gain. Before it gets out of control...I'm re focusing. I plan on losing 4-5 pounds a month. Which will get me to my goal by the end of the year. All things are possible with God. And God adds our part is to only believe. That is what I'm going to do!

I'm going to stick to my boundaries to get there. Hunger/full (intuitive) eating works best for me. ...

My Goals:
To eat as close to God made it. Get to goal and stay there. Doing cardio 4-5 times a week. Getting to goal and staying there!

update: I'm 5 pounds from my goal. I will reach my goal and prayer for this year. It was to get to goal and stay there. Memorial Day I'll be at my final goal. I praise God for His strength in finally losing this weight after trying for 2 years!! Praise God!

My Program:
Workout 5-6 times a week. Walking, bike, Lifting weights at least 2x a week aiming for 3. If I do 2 I'm cooking!!

Thank you for praying for me. The grandmother of a little girl I tutor gave me some peanut butter fudge and oatmeal pecan raisin cookies and I want to eat some so bad!!!
