I'm going to DO IT this time!!!

I'm tired of yo-yo dieting! I've been watching my life pass by for too long and I want to join back in again! All I do is work, but I don't have many moments where I enjoy life. It's time for that to end and for my LIFE TO BEGIN ... AGAIN!!!

Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've been on SP for just over four months now and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all. From recent experiences I can absolutely say that there is no mountain too high to get over, no hole too deep to get out of. And cliches aside, you are truly capable of anything!

Remember to participate regularly on all the groups you have joined - they say that those that are success do so

You mention how much you have to lose - you are not along - I have a little more than that to lose and I am now a senior - so we are in this together.

Come to my sparkpage and say hi - I also have a new group called Streaking for 100 days - come have a look - you might be interested in joining me on this journey - I am now 56 days no pop no chocolate and working my way up to my 1st 100 days without these 2 items.
