Fresh start in 2011

Hi Spark People community. I'm new to this site and I look forward to all those I will get to know in the future. I like so many other's are tired of the yo-yo dieting only to gain it all back and then some. I NOW realize that I have to change the way I view food(fuel) so that I can live a healthier lifestyle while losing weight in the process. My Goals:
Live a healthier lifestyle.
Lose weight.
Grow Spiritually.
By next year, be able to run some kind of marathon.

My Program:
Track food consumption daily. Follow my meal plan. Drink at least 8 glassess of water daily. Follow exercise advice given on this website and be consistent with it.

Thanks for thinking of me! I know I've been absent in posts and comments lately. I tend to get busier in spring and summer and don't take time to Spark as I should. I'm loving life and grateful for each and every day! God is good! Hope you are doing well. Glad to see you're going to the YMCA again. Maybe that'll spur me to get back to the Rec Plex again soon! emoticon Lisa! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
