Hey Godsbabygal! Thank you so much for the comment. The only challenge I have going on is the challenge of self-love. Expressing it to myself day by day and doing my best. I would get my head wrapped around challenges and lose myself in the process and find the lack thereof. So depressingÖ Now I challenge myself to accept me and not to expect. Itís working out for me, but if you would have asked me about a challenge 90 days ago... I would have created one quickly, but the challenge Iím on now is more encouraging and Iím responding to GODS WILL along with my WILL. I hope that answers your question. Physical workouts is ABS, SQUATS and getting up and MOVING IT! I do have a MOVE IT challenge going on with myself, but no GROUP challenges.
