He conquers who conquers himself

My name is Dale Mancillas. I was named after Dale Evans which I LOVE! I seem to love things and people who are different or unique. I have always been drawn to people who are cutting edge or "swimming up stream" from the crowd.

I love the outdoors, walking, running, biking, boating etc... However, I don't get to go out much due to a demanding job and a husband who doesn't like the outdoors so much.

I love the outdoors, walking, running, biking, boating etc... However, I don't get to go out much due to a demanding job and a husband who doesn't like the outdoors so much.

I joined Spark People for the nutritional information and to use the tools available here. Since then, I have found some friends and even ran a 15k with one of my San Antonio Spark leader!

I have gotten off track since my father-in-law's death in October but intend to get back on schedule this month. Goal, healthy, flexible and more toned to delay age related illnesses and injuries. Last time I met with a trainer they accessed my true age to be 43. I would love to see my physical age be at least 10-20 years less than my actual age.

Hey there! Just wondering how you have been doing lately. I have not been as devoted a Sparker the last three weeks and I wanted to check in on my friends.

Life treating you well? What has been happening in your life recently?

SPARK ON IN 2012!!

Welcome to San Antonio Spark! We are so excited to have you! This team is full of beautiful, supportive people who are here to share this journey with you. No matter where you find yourself, it is a safe bet that someone on the team is right there with you, and others will have been there and can relate. So, let us know if you ever need anything!

Stop by the boards and introduce yourself (if you haven't already)! This really is a fun group of people. We try to keep the boards going with fun, relevant topics, so dive right in. There really is something for everyone!

I want you to remember that this journey isn't always going to be easy. There will be hard days... even hard weeks. But, don't let that discourage you. Remember that many of the things worth doing in life are hard. And remember that no matter how hard it may seem you are never alone. Ask for help if you need it, and offer your hand to those around you. Together we will succeed!

I can't wait to see all that you will achieve! YOU CAN DO IT!

Hello!!! I'm TaMara, one of your many leaders on the SA Team! I'm glad you joined us and if you haven't already, stop by the team page and introduce yourself! I also suggest checking out the meetup thread for our next scheduled get together! It would be a great opportunity for you to meet the team and make some new friends!

I think you'll find that we're a pretty active team and we love to offer support and motivation! So take some time to familiarize yourself with the team page! If you need anything at all, just let me know! Best of luck on your journey!
