COUNTING ON MYSELF

Thank you so much for the Goodie and wonderful compliments! I LOVE sharing my running experiences with hopes of perhaps motivating someone to start running. I didn't start running until the age of 50 during the month of June 2009. My life has truly changed for the better and I love the confident person it has helped me become. At age 53 now, my running career has just started. In the wise words of Dr. Suess...Oh the Places You Will GO!!!!
