Trying to Create a New Me!

Hi! My name is Tara and I'm trying to find the new me! I had a weight problem starting the 3rd grade. Even at a young age my mother tried to help by doing anything she could to help me loose weight. I was gainnning weight so bad, that my mother tried to bribe me to loose weight. ($80 for every 10lbs) Well around the 10th grade, my family went on the 'Zone' Diet. Hi! My name is Tara and I'm trying to find the new me! I had a weight problem starting the 3rd grade. Even at a young age my mother tried to help by doing anything she could to help me loose weight. I was gainnning weight so bad, that my mother tried to bribe me to loose weight. ($80 for every 10lbs) Well around the 10th grade, my family went on the 'Zone' Diet. I lost 20-30lbs and I was getting confident in my looks (being a teenage girl that was important). I was asking boys that I liked to date. Granted not all the boys liked me that way. It hurt at first but I didn't let it get me down. Until one day a boy, named Aaron, was flirting with me back and was interested in me ALOT! =^_^= Soon we started dating and became a couple. After dating a couple of years he asked me to marry him and I said yes. He joined the military, and when he was gone to basic trainning, I tried loosing weight again. I lost 6"around my waste! All I did was drink more water, wrote down my calorie in-take, and waked everyday. I wish I kept up with it, but no point crying over spilt milk. I'm going to write in my calorie in-take again because it was easy and it worked for me. My biggest problem is staying active. I have to work on that as well. I know this will be a long progress, but I'm willing to enjoy this journey. In the end, it will be worth it! ^_^

i was were you were before and i lose40 pounds i went to a weight lost clinic every week and it help me to lose the weight you can do it withthe walking and moniti=oring your in take and drinkin the water to flush you emoticon
