I am a strong believer in the mind, what you focus on your create.

I will use daily affirmations, visualizations, will power and this site to assist me on this journey!!

As of July 2011 I had my fourth baby and gained alot of weight with my pregnancy I now weight 241lbs(my son is onlly 2 weeks old). My goals is to loss 80lbs in a year. I know I can do it because I have lost weight after each child.

I am keeping this old record up, I am adding to it below.

SW- 220lbs (Jan 2009)
1st wk - 215lbs (yeah! 5lbs down)
2nd wk - 212lbs (another 3 down)
3rd wk - 210lbs (down 2 more lbs!)
I was stuck at 210lbs the entire year

SW- Jan 2010 - 212lbs
1st week- 210lbs (down 2 lbs)
2nd week - 205lbs (down 5 more lbs)
3rd week - 203lbs ( another 2 down, on moontime, thus bloated)
Down 9lbs since the New Year.
4th week(Jan 23) - 200 (down 3 more lbs)
5th week - 198 (yes another 2 down)
6th week - 196 (on a roll 2 down)
7th week - 193lbs ( 3 more down).. I WENT DOWN TO 185 THEN GOT PREGNANT WITH #4 AND WENT UP TO 265LBS.

My Goals:
To loss 80lbs in 1 year.

Mini goals: Sept 2011 to have lost at least 10lbs(231lbs) reward - pedicure,

Mini goals for Dec 1st 2011: 210lbs, reward - get my hair done!!

Mini goals for April 1st: 190lbs, reward - spend $100 on sexy lingerie.

My Program:
I am not eatting anything 3 hours before bed. (Only veggies if I need too)

I eat smaller meals, mostly veggies

I exercise at least 3 times a week!!

I eat fish twice a week, chicken once every 2 weeks, , and mostly vegetarian.

Only complex carbs, no processed foods..

Give myself one day a month to eat cake if I need too.

My fav affirmation is: "fit feels better than fat tastes"

Personal Information:
I live in Canada. I am a holistic practioner and know what I should do, but find myself procastinating. No more excuses, I beleive everyone needs extra support no matter who they are. A teacher always needs a teacher, a coach always needs a coach!!

    Hi... How r u doing? So back on track me too. I've been trying to work myself back up again after been so bad with the Arthritis and that kept me from working out and yessss I gained some wt. I'm working in losing it but is happening very slowly. I wish you the best and you take care. Hugs!
