Ready to Begin

I've spent a good amount of time thinking about weightloss but not really doing anything about it. NOW.....I'm finally ready. I have the information and now it's time to put it into action. I plan to use Sparkpeople as a way to keep track of my nutrition as well as excercise and to keep myself focused!

My Goals:
I'm shooting to lose 40-50 lbs and just achieve overall health.

My Program:
For these first few weeks I'm working on making sure I eat breakfast everyday and cut fast food out completely. I'm also working to incorporate more servings of fresh fruits and vegetables each day.
