1. Eat breakfast daily

As I get healthier and stronger I hope to soon be back on the walking trail training for 5K.

Hello hon! The next few days are going to be extremely chaotic around my house with church, Christmas, traveling, and visiting family, so I wanted to make sure and stop by your page to wish you and yours a very MERRY CHRISTMAS! Don't forget, it's just one day out of the year, so let's try our best to stick to our weight loss plan, so we can greet the new year without gaining any of those dreaded holiday pounds.
