Thanks for stopping by my blog. Glad you are liking the vinegar. One thing I have to give up entirely is Caffeine! They say even ones that say caffeine free has some caffeine in it. It just causes me so much inflammation-pain mainly in my knees. It is not good for anyone with arthritis! Most herbal teas have stuff in it I can't even take due to allergies! One of my sparkfriends mentioned a diet called the Plant Paradox and on how so many foods cause body aches, inflammation, etc. So interesting! Now I know what other foods to avoid to keep my body free of pain.
Have a good weekend! Hope you are doing good! Thanks for the encouragement! emoticon

I love Creme Brulee! I don't think that I could pass that up either. I would like to weigh 215lbs on January 1.
Sounds like you are doing pretty darn good.
    Today I
1 played 2 sets of tennis. It was fun. Love my tennis ladies.
    2. met with a contractor and for once kept my mouth shut and let the architect, contractor and DH do the talking. It was hard. Evidently I scared one contractor away. I tend to panic at everything. It goes away really quickly, but if you don't know me it can be scarry I've been told. We really need the work done on the back of our house so I am trying to be good.

    3. I cut out a skirt for my granddaughter Courtney. I wish that she would wake up because the thread is all in her room.
    4. I picked up my nephew in law from the hospital. He was there getting pre surgery tests done. He hopes to have knee replacement surgery in 2 days. I watched Dr Phill on TV and made dinner with DH. We don't often cook together but I am going to try to do more of that. I made the fried rice. He made pot stickers and salad. Now I am just about to fold some clothes and then read until the princess granddaughter wakes up so I can get that red thread.

ANNA, I am sorry but DH and I have so many appointments at Drs. right now. DH has Macular Degeneration and his eyes are having to be injected. I am the driver I have a walking buddy and I am so very fed up not writing blogs I am just about give up.
I have had some tests that I am not happy about. Monday I will be at a Dr. and Fred has three appointments and I will be the driver and we are suspecting snow.

I do not want to quit Spark I would like to get to 3,000 log ins. I have 2705 log ins. I have to keep my DH happy and I often take our Granddaughter to her Karate lessons and our DIL now works nights so she can earn more money.
Anna I did see your cruise and I take time to log in and I like to do articles and if I have time I respond to any one who remembers me. There are not now.
Thanks for thinking of me. Pat in Maine. emoticon m emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Did I tell you that I fell into a hole in my front yard and sprained my ankle? Luckily no break. Must have been my guardian angel looking after me. I had a torn meniscus on my right knee
a few years back. Not a nice thing to happen. I am glad your GD has you to look after her.
You have a 22 year old and I have a 30 year old son still living with me, hehehe.
    Have a great December. emoticon

I would love for you to come here next year. I'm pretty sure that our granddaughter will be out by then. How long can a 22 yr old college student who works full time waiting tables live with her grandparents? Since we are footing the bill, I think that she will find roommates and an apartment next semester. In the meantime we are loving having her here and glad to be able to take care of her post op. She had a torn meniscus emoticon repaired for the 3rd time.
