lost 50 # on ww in 2003, and have done fairly well, though now am down only 44# from ww start weight . Up until this winter I had done really well.

But slipping on the walking, and eating too much now has me above where I want to be.

I noticed a few days ago that the nutrition tracking page has suggested calorie range for each meal and snack. I must admit I never followed that before, if it was there. So for the pasty few days I have been trying to keep within those ranges.
This means my snacking will be cut way back. I always tracked it, but ended up very very close to the top # of the days calorie suggestion.

I'm from Ohio.

First granddaughter was 7in May

Second granddaughter will be 5 in September

3rd granddaughter was 3 in Oct.

I am a retired elementary teacher.

I enjoy genealogy and after 15+ yrs. of looking for g grandfather's death info, finally found it.

Other Information:

My weight loss journey started in Oct. 2003. I lost 50# but now it is only 44 # I'm trying to get back to that minus 50 point again.

Weight "home range" is 130-135. I let it creep up above that , so want to get back.
