I saw your comment on your injuries. Hang in there. I'm in the same boat realizing I've got to find creative strategies to work around the injuries to exercise and stay healthy. It's very challenging. I'm not willing to have another surgery since the first one put me in the "3% of the people who don't make a full recovery." emoticon

I always forget about how being stiff and inflamed makes my weight go up... it's crazy, right? But inflammation does crazy things to our bodies... I had 2 kidney stones a few weeks ago and went up like 5 lbs and it didn't move until the stones did.

Hang in there, chi-ca, we'll get there :)

Thanks for the goodie! I know what you mean about going over on the food... that's what happened to me the other night (of course my choices were not the greatest either). Last night I was at 800 again and I just left it. I felt nauseous anyway and didn't want to push it. I'll make sure to get more in today.

Sometimes I'll eat the burger patty with lettuce and tomato and sometimes (like last night) I just eat it plain with ketchup. I really like the lean ones that I can just pop in the pan for a few minutes... no grease, lo-cal. And I like the taste better than the turkey ones.

How is your weight loss/exercise program going?
