Just wanted to say "Hi!". I'm newer to SparkPeople than you are, but also a member of the "Challenged By Arthritis" team. I just found out one of my cousins has psoriatic arthritis...I was asking around because I have Crohn's disease and was recently diagnosed with enteropathic arthritis. I was expecting to hear that my cousin that has Crohn's has arthritis, not that his brother has another kind of auto-immune disease! Let's hear it for sero-negative spondilarthropathies! emoticon

I hate pictures of myself too. I recently came across a pic I really liked it was the one time in my life I actually liked what I saw and felt good. I have put it up where I can see it so I can see that it possible to look and feel good. My weight has become a real burden over the last couple of years, but now I am on the right track and will not ever quit. Good luck with your journey. Let me now if you need any support.
