There are lots of great protein options without turning to yogurt, lol. Nuts, some greens and then just simply meat. Chicken is the best, then many of your fish and then beef, turkey, etc.
I usually have chicken or fish with my salad for lunch; eggs and meat for breakfast and then more meat at dinner. I'm a huge meat and potatoes gal, not the meatless dinner gal, lol.
Keep pushing, you'll find your balance and what works for you. So far for me, moving carbs to the end of my day has eliminated the 2-3pm I wanna nap slump and has helped me lose nearly 20lbs so far this year. 1156 days ago
Congrats on your HUGE progress! You have done wonderfully. You will get your groove with your foods. I used to hate yogurt too!! But I started with the fruit mixed in and moved on from there, now I can eat plainf greek yogurt with just blueberries and no additional sweetner. You go girl!!!! 1156 days ago
