Welp, here goes...

I am not a great blogger, but I will try to track my caloric intake every day. It keeps me in check. I turned 22 not too long ago & need to lose too much weight. Haha, I just joined a gym with a friend and we kept asking if *too much* would be acceptable answers for our measurements. [btw, answer's no :P]

I guess I've been fat for aWHiLE... I joined Curves with my mom when I was in high school, but it simply did not help.

I didn't have a turning point where I looked at myself and said "gawdamn" like all those stories you hear... A friend asked if I would join a gym with her, and she'd help pay dues. I said "sure, why not?" And now it's kicking my ass. Lol. Right now I'm the one who lags behind, but I look forward to the day when that ends.

I would just like to be healthier. My mom had a gastric bypass operation about a year ago, and I want to be able to lose weight like her, but on my *own*. Plus, I want to wear some cute-ass clothes! lol :]

ugh, not so good. a lot of family stuff has de-railed me. but I have full intentions on getting back. I'm actually craving exercise haha. I'm about to write a blog in a little more detail about everything so you'll have to check it out.

omg your such a sweetie thanks emoticon you can be positive too! i think i used to be as negative as they come but i changed my thinking one thought at a time, i have an assignment for you do to tonight before you go to bed tonight look in the mirror and try to give yourself compliments one for your body and one about your soul it was really hard for me at first to do that but i would start off small for example i would say i like my eyes or i like that i have tiny ribs or my boobs hehe i used to have nice boobies anywho you can do it just listen to you inner narriater and you will see how mean she is so put her in her place because you deserve some self love emoticon
