Hey, for the fit, you don't really need too much room. Some of it is running in place with the wii-mote in hand. Some is only on the balance board, some is stepping on an off the balance board. The Yoga/strength training you need about enough room for you to lie down. It's fun, defiantly got me motivated. 2769 days ago
Everytime someone says that my weight loss is amazing or that i'm encouraging them i'm just flabbergasted... i CANNOT believe that my weight loss would inspire someone else. When I look in the mirror i'm still like..well.. I'm still fat , so this sucks haha. HOWEVER i'm glad i took a before picture so i can REALLY see that i'm actually making progress.
