LIGHTNINGRUNNER I have trained with the HRM for 3+ years now but for this training cycle I did 17 weeks. Ran a half marathon in December in 1:46 perfectly flat course and then early February, 5 weeks into training for this I did 1:41. I knocked a whole minute off of my 5K time from the same race the previous year.
