I found SP in August, but just started using it regularly in December. It has been a great support and motivational tool!
I am married and I have 3 children - my oldest is 23 and in the Navy and the other two are in college. (One at LSU and one at TX A&M).
I have been having some issues with my hormones and thyroid, but am working on these with my doctor. Although I have been exercising and watching my intake, the pounds have been stubborn. Hopefully, I can get balanced and will begin to see results!

My Goals:
To make time for myself to do the things necessary to be healthy - exercise, prepare healthy food, and de-stress!

To be able to run "to the bridge and back" when on our vacation this summer - which I haven't done in many years.



My Program:
Logging all of my food and making the most healthy choices I can when possible.

Exercising at least 10 minutes everyday in the morning. - My goal is to add more minutes each day until I get at least 30 per day.

My name is Gretchen. I live in Spring, TX but grew up in New Orleans. I am married and have 3 children - ages 20 -23.
Started HRT last year and gained 12 lbs :( ... before I started I was beginning to lose so I am learning the right combination that will work for me to lose that and the weight that I was originally trying to lsoe.
