I CAN
I am a mother of 3 handsome boys. I have been yo-yo dieting for some time but to no avail. Finally my sister introduced me to the wonderful world of running. We trained for 6 weeks before we ran our first 5k. At the start of the 6 weeks I was weighing in at close to 200lbs. Over all in 9 months I lost 50lbs. The weight stayed off for a year but then....BOOM 20lbs back on. This is my time and it's time to change!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight...but I am focusing more on changing my eating habits. I do not just want to lose the weight. I want...or should I say; I WILL change my lifestyle!
My Program:
To meet my goals I am tracking everything that I consume throughout the day. Adding lots of water helps curb hunger by keeping me feeling full. I love to run so I make sure I get some running in just about everyday. Adding strength training helps tone my muscles and keeps me moving.
Personal Information:
I absolutely love the Bartram Trail. This trail is full of beauty and history. Also, the south end of the Appalachian Trail connects to it.
Other Information:
Excuses are like bricks. Keep making excuses and next thing you know you've built a brick wall between you and your goals!!
