Marcia needs motivation!!!!

I have been a member since Jan08 but i lost interest in dieting and working out. I feel awful for not keeping up with it when i was doing so well but we all go through our hard times. I'm back now and will stick with it. I started at 160 and i'm now at 156 so i'm not doing bad for just starting again. My goal is to be 130 by mid Jan09 when my husband returns from his deployment.

I know what you mean about the wind! It has been horrible! Did you guys get a ton of snow? I heard that Spearfish did, but we just got a little which is so weird because we are only 10 miles from there! I want it to be spring! Hope you have a great weekend!

I see you are in two of the same groups I am in!
I started out about 3 years ago with the weight loss- and I'm pretty slow going, I don't get to the gym near enough...BUT I'm only a few pounds away from where I want to be, and thankfully I eat healthier now and make better choices. Even though I've taken the slow road I'm happy with my successses, and I just wanted to say good luck with your new you, and don't get frustrated just yet :) I think you are doing quite well! 3 pounds in 2.5 weeks is good!
