Its wonderful having your participation with the team and well done for joining in with the Personal steps challenge for July and you are off to a fab start! As for your goal, if you average a higher daily then you'll just have to increase it next month - wow - great start! If you can throw in a few jumping jacks at intervals that will help to increase your heartrate and burn a few extra cals, just put an X and the number jumped beside your daily totals!

I'll do my best to keep an eye on your progress throughout the month and support you along the way. Keep this initial focus and you'll look back on this month feeling so proud.
