A better Life.

Recently had a WLS and struggle for support. I live quite a ways away from the clinics and thought this might be an easier way. I am a mother of 3, grandmother of 10 and have had 15 foster kids. Curently only have one and she is the light of our life. She is both physically and mentally challenged and makes us laugh everyday.

Thanks for the congratulations on my fitness points. As soon as the doctor gives you the okay to exercise, start out with doing just a little more than you are comfortable doing. Walking is my main exercise. Each week add 5-10% to what you did the previous week. Before long you will be surprised how much you are doing.
