Creating a new me!
I am 65 years young , have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. The children made me old, the grandchildren keep me young (only joking about the children part).
I am a diabetic but have been able to keep it under control with the use of oral meds and diet and exercise.
Am looking forward to forming many inspiring and mutually supportive web friendships through this site.

My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthier and continue to exercise daily to reach my goal weight of 135 and to keep my blood sugar within range. Basically to be as healthy as possible.
My Program:
I am using the meal plans to stay within the prescribed calorie count for the day, and I am doing water aerobics twice a week, weight training 3 or 4 times a week and walking daily.
Personal Information:
I have lived in South Florida for 15 years. Prior to that I was from the Boston area "Go, Red Sox! Series Champs again!" Go Pat's!...
Love the weather in Florida, miss New England Autumns.
