One of the things that I learned from Dr. Atkins is to stay away from processed foods. If you look at nutritional labels most processed foods have ingredients that you can't spell or pronounce.
For your son's health, shop the outer aisle at the grocery store where you find the unprocessed foods. Fresh meats and veggies.
Try to stay away from those processed sugary ones ... even the ones that say Sugar Free.
