Back to the Future

I have wrote my intro here so many times that it feels awkward to write it again. Ok, here I am, 43 years old with 4 kids.
It's my third time losing weight. It's just the way my body works: when I get pregnant, I gain a lot of weight, long list of reasons. After my second child I lost 70 lbs, after third 90 lbs. Now I need to lose at least 80 lbs. The goal is to reach 140 lbs, I'm 5'2". Please don't think that I've been going up and down with my weight every year. All my kids about 7-8 ...

All my kids about 7-8 years apart and I was able to maintain my weight between my pregnancies. I wish I didn't gain weight every time, but this was my price to pay and I don't regret it. I'll be strong and lose weight again, I believe in myself! It's just it's so much harder to stay on track this time....

My Goals:
My goal for BLC 26 is to lose freshly gained 10 lbs and then another 10 lbs. Total 20 lbs. I want to reach 160 lbs by the end of the round.

My Program:
This round I commit to daily food tracking, portion control and right food choices.
I also commit to STs 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.

Tatyana, I quit the 28 Day Challenge since I got to far behind. It was you hard keeping up daily and then I got discouraged. I slipped of the wagon too. Sorry to see you left there. There were nice supportive people there. I hope you're not mad at me and that we can still do this. I know you were busy with costumes and that the scale went up. Please come on the chat thread!! I miss you!!

WOOHOO!! THANKS for the AWESOME hot tub!!!! I am REALLY working hard, but I have to say that doing 2 challenges and teetering between 2 websites is EXHAUSTING!!! I am GIVING it my ALL though and SEEING progress!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon

I signed up for a 28 day challenge at Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle by Tom Vento. Hoping this will give me a boost to see ONEderland!!!
