My progress of reaching my diet goals.

Hello i weigh 163 pounds,i have never weighed that much in my entire life.I am also going through menopause and i have had a terrible sugar addiction for a yerr and aa haif now.I eat no meals anymore all i want to eat all day is sweets.Idon;t know whats causing this,i believe menopause might have something to do with it.My goals are stop eating all those sweets every day and start eating healthy meals again,.also to find excercises to do that is safe for me as i have chronic back .pain in my ...
