I'm tired of just going around this 'weight loss' mountain time and time again. I am ready to 'climb' the mountain. Just going around the mountain doesn't change anything. You just tend to keep the same habits.

I'm a motivated this year to get rid of the extra 80 pounds I've been carrying around. I know what I need to do to lose them but I tend to lose sight of my goal. I WILL keep my goal in front of me this year so I don't lose sight of it again.

So glad you enjoyed the "blog" I posted recently !

I am almost at the point of a FULL WEEK of doing good everyday as far as " nutrition", so this Sunday will be a " special day" for me ! Then, I can start a NEW WEEK ! :)
