I AM FIT, I AM STRONG, I AM POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE ( I can do all things through Christ who strengthenth me ) ONE STEP CLOSER, A JOURNEY, A LIFETIME If you want to be a thinner version of your fat self, just do cardio. But if you want to change the shape of your body, you're going to have to strength train. I 'enjoy' strength training because of the results I can see it brings. Tone, strength, stamina, increased metabolism & balance.
