Hi everyone!

I used to have another page on here but I felt in order to really start anew that I need to start over completely.

About Me

I have been overweight most of my life. I remember being a pretty active kid and once I hit puberty, the weight started to come on and bad habits started to kick in. I can honestly say that I never really was picked on my weight, friends mentioned stuff about me weight but not in a bad way. I have tried to lose weight many, MANY times before with a little to no success. I learned a couple of years ago that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) that is some of the reason why I have trouble losing weight

It was recently that I realized that I need to achieve my goals. I need to do this FOR ME!! I honestly on the highest weight I have ever been in my life and I need to get healthier.

Throughout the years I have learned that you shouldn't only keep track of your weight but measure yourself as well.

I would love to be down a size 8/10!

Fitness Minutes: 409

My Goals:
* To get down to a size I feel comfortable with so anywhere to an 8 or 10.

* To be able to be an inspiration for others

* To complete more 5ks and eventually complete a 10k, 1/2 Marathon, and finally a Marathon!!

* Give the love of my life the biggest shock of his life lol


My Program:
Working out 3-5 times a week
I do
* Weight training with free weights, kettlebells, and the such

* Cardio such as ellipticals, treadmill, jogging on the gym floor, rowing machine

*Ton of body workouts such as planks, burpees, etc

When not at my gym I enjoy walking with my headphones on, it clears my mind for a couple of miles
