Where to begin....

For starters, I have two beautiful children, my last was born on February 18th, 2011. And I'd like to say that all the weight I have to lose is from baby weight, not true. Most of the weight I have gained is the "freshman forty" and that was ten years ago. Then I put on a little "happy marriage" wieght. That was almost years ago. I'm still happily married, and he truly loves me for who I am. So, now that I am done having babies, and getting married (haha!) I will tackle those "freshman forty" pounds!

Starting weight 185 (truth sucks!); hoping to end at 135ish!

The Ugly Truth:
I am my own worst enemy. I have no one to blame for the way my body is but myself. No one forced me to eat or drink what I shouldn't or skip that day at the gym. I did it all by myself. So here I sit almost in tears at the heaviest I have ever been in my life.

Starting Weight: 188.4 Ouch!
Pant size: 14 (that's awful when you are 5'2)
Shirt: XL
Bra: 38DD
Arms: 13 inches
Waist: 38 inches
Hips: 45 inches
Thighs: 26 inches

I vow to myself that I will NEVER see these numbers again.

My Goals:
My man goal is to be healthy and look good at it.

I want to RUN a whole 5K, then a 10K, and hopefully a year from now a half marathon.

To fit into a size 6 jeans.

My Program:
1 hour of cardio 6 times a week.

Weights 3 times.

Personal Information:
I'm a die hard UTEP Miner that resides in Fort Worth, TX. I married my best friend 5 1/2 years ago and we have two beautiful children together.

Other Information:
I work part time bartending at a little whole in the wall joint with fabolus food and people. I am a lover of college football and Texas Rangers baseball.
