Best Time Now
This time around I'm looking for the best in me and others. I know I am going to be healthy. Two goals to start: 1. Eat the right things. 2. Exercise at least 1 time daily for 30 minutes. Stick with the carb counting. Give myself a pep talk daily. Going to lose the 5% with my team Spirited Underdawgs!!! Go Dawgs, go!!
