To make this my YEAR to reach goal weight!

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I have myself & my family to think about and those are my main reasons for getting healthy. I find my Sparking becomes lax at times, but I continue to put some Spark back into my life.

Will there be other obstacles or bumps & detours I'll face? Sure there will be, but what is a good journey without a few of those. It's what you learn from them to move forward that matters.

There is no limit of "do-overs" in weight loss. It is an ongoing battle & as long as we keep moving and taking one step and day at a time we will eventually win that battle!

Hey there miss Lady!!! Thank you for the goodie. Hope you had a great holiday season and are doing well. I'm doing good, got my nutrition mostly under control and now need to get back on to my fitness. DH got me registration for both a Spartan Race and another Warrior Dash so I have to step up my game.

Was school called off today?
We've had barely any snow this year (season). In November we had 2-3" that only lasted a day. My son & I are feeling ripped off in the snow dept right now, lol.

I am having a fab New Year. Started a new eating & workout plan on 1/1. I have not felt this good in...I don't think I've ever felt this good. emoticon

How are you doing with your January goals? How many steps & fm's you got in so far?
