To make this my YEAR to reach goal weight!

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I've been on my journey to a healthier me since April 2010. My journey eventually led me here to Spark in July 2010. During my journey, I've learned I can do anything I set my mind to. Of course, I have learned not all journeys are without a few bumps & detours along the way. From every bump & detour I have always managed to find my way back to getting on track.

I have myself & my family to think about and those are my main reasons for getting healthy. I find my Sparking becomes lax at times, but I continue to put some Spark back into my life.

Will there be other obstacles or bumps & detours I'll face? Sure there will be, but what is a good journey without a few of those. It's what you learn from them to move forward that matters.

There is no limit of "do-overs" in weight loss. It is an ongoing battle & as long as we keep moving and taking one step and day at a time we will eventually win that battle!

Hi:

It's good to touch base with old spark friends. I miss the days of Sparking everyday and keeping up to date with everyone. Of course, once I went back work, time became more limited. And, of course, life happens. My mom's death definitely caused grief eating. But that's how I respond. It's getting better, though. I'm starting to feel better and feel more confident about my ability to control what I eat. But I'm still hanging on--won't give up!

Hello My Friend, HELLO!
How've you been? Surviving the winter? I love winter, but this year - meh, not so much lol.
Everything else is going great except I miss you.
Oh - I've found a couple of new teas I like. They are a French Vanilla & a Vanilla Caramel. I put just a tsp of sugar free Vanilla Caramel coffee creamer in that - OMGeee like I've died & gone to heaven. I don't like coffee but when I have this, the smell & the taste makes me feel like a fancy coffee drinker.
